  • Network basics and monitoring for IT staff: health checks, common issues and best practices.
  • Management dashboards and reporting for decision makers.
  • Information security awareness for staff and account protection basics.
  • Emergency scenarios such as network outages, CCTV failures or lost assets.

Training approach

  • Simple explanations, using examples from your own environment.
  • Hands-on sessions on the actual systems in use.
  • Short videos, PDF summaries and ready-to-use procedures (SOPs).
  • Q&A time after each training module.
Training programs can be designed as a one-time session, recurring workshops or onboarding packs for new staff joining your organization.
