1. Delete a user account
Start the request in the app through Menu → Delete account and data, use the form below, or email support@511.jo with the name, app email and institution.
2. Delete institution data
An institution administrator may request deletion of the institution’s complete data. Identity and authority are verified before processing.
3. Data covered by deletion
- Account or institution data.
- Users, keys, assets and rooms.
- Related photos, files and activity logs.
- Import files stored within the service.
4. Data that may be retained temporarily
Limited records may be retained for legal or security reasons, dispute resolution or misuse prevention. Such records are not used to operate the deleted account.
5. Verification and processing
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for additional verification. We aim to process it within a reasonable period after verification and explain any temporary retention.
