1. Identify the service or app
State the relevant service or application, the email or phone used and the institution name where applicable.
2. Website and contact requests
You may request deletion of inquiry, support or contact data unless it must be retained for a legal or contractual obligation.
3. Application requests
Each app has a dedicated path. For Key Manager 511, use the Key Manager 511 deletion page.
4. Verification
We may verify ownership of an email or account or the authority of an institution representative to protect data from unauthorized requests.
5. Submit a request
Email support@511.jo with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will acknowledge receipt and explain the steps.
