2. Owner
The app is provided by Five Hundred Eleven Technology Establishment - 511.
3. Account creation
Accurate information must be provided when creating an institution or user. The institution and user are responsible for protecting credentials and reporting unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
The app may only be used for lawful institutional purposes. Users must not upload unlawful content, bypass permissions, access another institution’s data or damage the service.
5. Institution responsibility
- Accuracy of data and administration of users and permissions.
- Borrow/return follow-up and internal procedures.
- Ensuring the right to upload photos, files and data.
- Maintaining appropriate internal controls instead of relying solely on the app for critical situations.
6. Permissions
The app provides roles such as administrator and user. The administrator is responsible for granting and revoking access and managing users and data within the institution.
7. Data ownership
The institution retains ownership of its data and content. 511 provides the system and infrastructure and does not claim ownership of institution data.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance or updates may occur with efforts to reduce impact.
9. Misuse prevention
An account may be suspended or restricted where misuse or a security risk is identified.
10. Subscriptions
The app may be offered through a trial, monthly or annual subscription, or a custom agreement. Pricing, scope and support are defined in the applicable offer or agreement.
11. Termination
An institution may stop using the app and request deletion under the deletion page. Service may be suspended when an agreement ends or agreed terms are not met.
12. Limitation of liability
511 is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data, misuse, shared credentials, internal decisions or events beyond reasonable control. The app does not replace the institution’s physical controls.
13. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance of the current version unless law or an agreement requires otherwise.
